The GORILLAZ are coming to Austin on October 22 for their Escape to Plastic
Beach World Tour at the Frank Erwin Center, tickets go on sale August 13. This is one show you don't wanna miss folks
TOMORROW!!!!!!! Ghostbusters is playing in the park for 101X's Summer Cinema. That's if it doesn't rain (fingers CROSSED). Everyone loves that green glob monster! Come out, it's FREE!! What else are you doing?! Wanna drink? GREAT! We have $3 Blue Moon pints. What's better then catchin' a buzz while catchin' ghost...
Like I said yesterday ALPHA REV is coming to town this Saturday and is playing at WeEIRDO'S. Along w/ that OAK IS KEEPING is also coming to town on the 31st, they're playing at Stubb's. This all ages show starts around 8PM. Tickets can be purchased at the door.
Countdown to the weekend starts...again

Even though its Monday the countdown for the weekend continues on!
Saturday night Alpha Rev is playing at Weirdo's. This all ages show opens their doors at 6:00PM.
If your looking for something in the meanwhile you should think about coming out for 101X's movie Summer Cinema. This Wednesday we'll be playing the classic "Ghostbusters" with $3 pints from Blue Moon. The movie starts at sundown close to Central Market off 40th & N. Lamar.
If any of you heard my 3 O' Clock whatever and liked it then you'll prolly wanna know the name... which is Darling Thieves - Free Without You. Here's a video, tell us what you think!

I had one of these yesterday. I couldn't figure out if this SH*$ was for real!!! I guess it is. PARENTAL ADVISORY!!!! EXPLICIT CONTENT!!! Watch at your own risk...for several reasons. One of which, this video will probably lower your I.Q. I warn you. It's 17 minutes of....um....well,... I really don't know what to say...
You know. I used to be a fan of ICP. They cracked me up. Their raps were clever....well, as clever as a couple of white guys painted up as clown can be. But, at least fun. Did you ever see this parody? Check it.
HA! ALLIGATORS!!! Anyhoo. Not sure what happend to ICP. Did they lose their cool or was I just super uncool when I listened to them? Probably the latter. For example, what the hell is theis song/video about?
It vexes me. Are they being serious? I mean... ...

Ok so Inception was AWESOME!!!! I don't want to give anything away but I walked away thinking about it till I went to bed! In the beginning the story was a little confusing but as it went on (and it went on for a LONG time) things started to come into focus. The writer must be a smart person because the concept was original as f*^#! It's going to be tough for other movies to out shine Inception. I think it's one of Leo's better films, he's going to win an Academy award or something for this one.
Toby and I were talking this afternoon about exercise. Some people LIVE their lives pursuing the hobby of working out. Were not just talking about the occasional stroll around the block, were talking about about WORK-OUTAHOLICS. I, the intern, have been dieting ALL summer long. I've been cutting calories left and right ...

So how was Ghostland Observatory..? Toby went, he said they sold 4,500 tickets Friday night and 5,500 tickets Saturday. If you went and got some good pictures, stories, punched in the face or you just drank too much and spent the night puking your reputation away in the bathroom, we wanna hear about it.
Hopefully you got yourself some tickets to tonights sold out show for SILVERSUN PICKUPS. They played an acoustic show this afternoon in the studio and it was AMAZING says the intern. Busting out of LA, the lead singer & guitarist Brian Aubert puts on a great show acoustic or not. Don't miss this band if you ever get a chance! Catch them while their still in Texas, tomorrow they head for Houston then to Dallas from there.
Toby's friend was in the studio today and Toby put on a video of this band (from Austin) ...
